Scope of duties:
\n\ud83d\udd39 Preparing valuation reports for commercial real estate
\n\ud83d\udd39 Coordinating the work of the real estate valuation team and subcontractors
\n\ud83d\udd39 Building business relationships and acquiring new projects
\n\ud83d\udd39 Supporting purchase\/sale transactions, conducting negotiations
\n\ud83d\udd39 Creating market analyses, reports and marketing materials
\n\ud83d\udd39 Cold calling\/mailing and supporting clients in professional consulting<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\ud83d\udcdc Valuator’s license
\n\ud83c\udf10 Experience in an international environment and very good knowledge of English
\n\ud83d\udcbc At least 5 years of experience in consulting projects and real estate valuation<\/p>\n
We offer:
