If you have experience in real estate valuation, are able to build business relationships and want to co-create strategies for leading projects in Poland, you are the ideal candidate!<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\ud83d\udd39 Preparation of valuation reports for commercial real estate
\n\ud83d\udd39 Analysis of the planning and legal status of real estate
\n\ud83d\udd39 Assistance in negotiations and coordination of the transaction process
\n\ud83d\udd39 Support for real estate purchase or sale transactions
\n\ud83d\udd39 Preparation of marketing materials, real estate market analyses, including HBU, profitability analyses and other studies
\n\ud83d\udd39 Conducting cold mailing and cold calling to develop the client portfolio<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\ud83d\udcdc Appraiser license<\/p>\n
