If you have experience in real estate valuation, are able to build business relationships and want to co-create strategies for leading projects in Poland, you are the perfect candidate!<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\ud83d\udd39 Preparing valuation reports for commercial real estate
\n\ud83d\udd39 Cooperation with subcontractors
\n\ud83d\udd39 Building business relationships and acquiring new projects
\n\ud83d\udd39 Preparing marketing materials and real estate market analyses, including HBU, profitability analyses and other studies
\n\ud83d\udd39 Supporting real estate purchase and sale transactions: incl. in the scope of creating sales materials, financial analyses, teasers
\n\ud83d\udd39 Conducting cold mailing and cold calling in order to develop the client portfolio
\n\ud83d\udd39 Assistance in negotiations and coordination of the transaction process
\n\ud83d\udd39 Professional advice taking into account the client’s needs
\n\ud83d\udd39 Participation in the development of products dedicated to the real estate sector<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\ud83d\udcdc Appraiser’s license<\/p>\n
