Luke has been involved in the real estate market for 17 years. He is a Valuer of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in London (RICS) and a Registered Valuer with the Ministry of Infrastructure.
In his career, he has dealt with the valuation of commercial real estate, development land, residential, office, warehouse, retail, hotel, technical and specialized properties. He has also been involved in consulting on complex real estate projects, from a legal perspective
and commercial. There were individual as well as portfolio projects.
Luke is also involved in brokering the purchase and sale of real estate and commercial due diligence.
At Corees, he is responsible for cooperation in real estate appraisals, preparation of feasibility studies, consulting and other forms of advice tailored to the individual needs of the client.
