My name is Marek Ciunowicz, SIOR, I have been associated with  the Polish commercial real estate market for  almost 30 years. I have created an agency that  will be a helpful and  competent support for the customer, in  which  is  a person and  his needs are  in the  foreground.

This is how  Corees Poland was created.

A boutique agency specializing in commercial real estate services. We advise, negotiate and  provide external support to companies in  Poland and Europe, regardless  of their size or  location, in  the following areas: office, warehouse, retail, valuations and investment consulting.   Corees Polska is a partner of The Instant Group and is part of the  network of Corfac International and  ProProgressio.

In  my career I co-founded and  worked in  foreign agencies in  Poland: Colliers International Poland, Knight Frank and  BNP Paribas Real Estate. I am a former co-owner and  board member of Nuvalu Poland.

During my many years of work, I participated in  lease transactions of approx. 835,000 sqm of office space, I have represented and  conducted processes for such companies as:

I was awarded the title of SIOR, and  also a triple title of Business Tiger Pro Progressio fo r significant contribution to  development of the BSS sector in  2017, 2018 and  2022.
